Zach told me to come home early from work last night (not an easy thing to do when it's tax season...) because there was a surprise waiting for me. Turns out my father-in-law Schmevin was at our apartment! What an awesome surprise! The hubby and I are really close with our families, so getting to see Schmevin (as I so lovingly call him... his real name is Kevin) was great! It was just what I needed to get through my sudden little bout of homesickness. Even Buster was excited to see him. I love surprises!
